Senior Account Manager

Location: OranjestadType: FULL_TIMEHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility for client meetings

The Senior Account Manager plays a strategic role in driving revenue growth and strengthening long-term client relationships. In addition to managing and expanding key accounts, this role is responsible for identifying high-impact business opportunities and shaping tailored energy solutions that align with client goals. In this role, you serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact between Dynaf and its customers, ensuring consistent delivery of value, quality, and service excellence. You work closely with technical teams and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand key client accounts by building trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Lead strategic business development initiatives to attract high-value clients and secure significant contracts
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and develop customized energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored proposals for solar, generator, UPS, and energy storage systems
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and strategic advantages
  • Provide ongoing account management and post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and strategic networking
  • Represent Dynaf at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to enhance brand visibility
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, power systems, or related technical industries
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving significant sales targets
  • Strong understanding of energy systems, particularly solar, generators, UPS systems, and energy storage solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and site visits
  • Fluency in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu; additional languages are a plus
