HR Officer
As an HR Officer, you serve as the key link between employees and management across the various islands where Dynaf operates. You contribute to the execution of HR processes and play an important role in employee satisfaction and development. In this role, you will support the executive team and middle management, ensuring that HR policies are correctly implemented. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, with the potential to grow into the role of HR Manager within two years. You will work closely with the CFO and receive guidance from an external HR professional to support your professional growth. Your Responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting: Provide HR advice on topics such as performance, absenteeism, and employment conditions to executives, managers, and employees.
- Guidance: Support managers with their HR tasks and assist employees in their development.
- Recruitment and selection: Collaborate with managers in recruiting new employees and advise them during the candidate selection process.
- HR policy optimization: Help improve and align HR policies with business objectives.
- Proactive advising: Develop proposals related to compensation, talent management, and employee benefits.
- Conflict management: Actively identify, mediate, and resolve conflicts and legal issues.
- HR administration: Ensure accurate HR and payroll administration, including changes in social security and pension plans.
- Performance reviews: Oversee the process of performance and appraisal discussions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Digitalization: Work on further digitizing HR processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a completed bachelor's degree, preferably in HRM.
- Experience in a similar HR role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and current developments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Persistent, structured, and resilient in your work.
- Persuasive with a professional and representative demeanor.
- Affinity for learning environments, self-managing teams, and talent development.
- Proficient in Papiamento, Dutch, and English.
