Technical Service Engineer
Location: WillemstadType: FULL_TIMEHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
As a Technical Service Engineer at Dynaf, you are responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing advanced systems. You play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to achieve optimal results for our customers. You work both independently and as part of a team on various technical challenges.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Train customers to maximize system reliability
- Troubleshoot and identify technical issues
- Install and commission new equipment on-site
- Repair, replace, and calibrate components to meet safety and operational standards
- Document service activities and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel for on-site support
- Proficiency in technical tools, manuals, and schematics
