As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the technical execution of projects from initiation to completion. You will identify and resolve technical challenges, develop comprehensive project plans, technical drawings, and cost price calculations in collaboration with operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders. In this position, you act as the central point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, smooth coordination, and successful project delivery. Additionally, you will address customer inquiries related to Dynaf's full range of products and provide professional technical support. Work Environment: Based at Dynaf Curaçao. Your Responsibilities:

Develop and review project plans, technical drawings, and cost price calculations with operations and suppliers
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
Act as the first point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring consistent and professional communication
Ensure the smooth execution and timely delivery of projects aligned with client requirements and company standards
Address customer inquiries related to Dynaf's energy solutions and product lines
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
A Master's degree is a plus but not mandatory
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Knowledge of safety standards and quality management systems
Good knowledge of Papiamentu, Dutch, and English

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements with Quality Assurance & Safety Teams
Report on safety risks and quality deviations during project execution
Collaborate with Technical Teams on designs, technical problem-solving, and innovation within the project lifecycle
Share knowledge and findings to streamline future projects
Ensure a smooth handover of technical details to Sales and Customer Support teams for accurate client follow-ups
Address feedback or inquiries originating from clients

External:

Subcontractors: align on technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables; monitor performance and resolve issues to maintain project continuity
Technical Support or Consultants: collaborate with third-party experts to resolve complex technical challenges; exchange information to ensure alignment on project solutions
